My Inner Child (Who Has OCD)
02.17.08 (7:41 pm) [edit]
Wow, is it weird that I love Webkinz, even though I'm 22? If I had a child right now, I would hope they'd be into Webkinz, not that sickly sweet, ridiculous-acting Hannah Montana. But that's just my opinion. And I know some say kids zonk out at the computer with Webkinz, but they do get an actual toy which they can animate themselves and create a whole world for.
Maybe it's the OCD, (I have a thing about textures and things that are soft) but I've always had a weak spot for plush animals.

well gosh. the girls have both webkinz (last count 22 each) and like Hannah Montana. They do spend a good deal of time in webkinz land on the computer. and, they spend a good deal of their tv time watching hannah montana LOL. but at least i don't have to trip over the hannah montana things. however, i am constantly picking up webkinz and trying to put them away...

Hahaha, I wonder if the webkinz will be like beanie babies and in the next 10 years we will see them at garage sales?
22?? Wow! Aren't they kinda pricey? I have 2. A black cat and a google. Whatever a google is... :)
You know how some adults play online games like World of Warcraft? Well, I suppose I never cared much what damage my +2 "Shield of Eternal Struggle" would withstand. Haha. Webkinz world is a no-cussing, fun, innocent place where you can just play games without feeling a strong need to compete. I suppose that's why I like it.
